Refund Policy

Tahoe Dave’s guarantees your 100 percent satisfaction with everything we sell and/or rent. We promise to resolve every customer complaint to the customer’s complete satisfaction. All purchased products in new condition can be returned for a full refund with a receipt within 14 days.

All purchased items that require delivery will be shipped within 1 business day. Shipping vendor is specified by the customer.

All rentals are subject to a 48 hour cancellation penalty. To cancel your reservation without penalty, you must let us know at least 48 hours (2 Days) prior to the reservation. We will need your Last Name and your reservation number to issue a refund. If you do not provide enough notice or do not show up for your reservation, you are responsible for the rental fees for all persons and/or all packages for the first day of the reservation.
