Reservations
Online reservations are processed through our third-party reservation platform, Wintersteiger EasyReservation, powered by Microlab.
When you click a reservation link, you leave TahoeDaves.com and are redirected to the Wintersteiger EasyReservation website. Reservation information is transmitted to our point-of-sale system, and reservation deposits are processed securely through our Shift4 payment processing account.
Online reservations for daily rentals require a non-refundable reservation deposit at the time the reservation is completed. Reservation deposits are securely processed through our third-party reservation platform, Wintersteiger EasyReservation, powered by Microlab, using Tahoe Dave’s Shift4 payment processing account.
The reservation deposit is applied toward the total cost of your rental. The remaining balance is due when you pick up your equipment in-store.
Reservations may be canceled prior to the scheduled pickup date; however, reservation deposits are non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation or failure to pick up your reservation. If a reservation is canceled, no additional rental charges will be collected beyond the non-refundable reservation deposit.
When picking up your rental equipment, you will be required to review and sign Tahoe Dave’s rental agreement before equipment is released.
