You Must Follow These Rules in Order to be Eligible!
RULES AND REGULATION
- Entrants must be 13 or older.
- Entries must be filmed in/around the Lake Tahoe area.
- Prizes have no cash value and are not transferable.
- Entries must portray “safe” experiences. Dave is not interested in seeing anybody putting themselves, or others, in harm’s way.
- Submission must be made during the 2012/2013 season and be WINTER oriented – April 15th is the Closing Date.
- You MUST include A TAHOE DAVE’S LOGO at least TWICE (sweatshirts, signs, stickers, etc) – somehow/somewhere in the video.
- Please contain the product and/or a GoPro logo, Smith Logo & Oakley Logo somewhere/somehow in the video.
- PLEASE keep videos 3 minutes or under!!!
- You must be part of the video (ie, you are in it, you recorded it, and/or you edited it….)
- You must be a FAN of the Tahoe Dave’s Skis and Boards Facebook Page.
- Entries must not violate any law, regulation, copyright, trademark, privacy and all persons in any photo/video have given their consent to the taker prior to being submitted in the competition.
- Once a video is submitted it becomes property of Tahoe Dave’s Skis & Boards. The www.tahoedaves.com crew has the right to publish your name as a winner and use your photos/videos for promotional purposes online and in print.
